С первого прослушивания мне приглянулся этот проект любимого ударника Ули Куша. Очень жаль, что он(проект) приказал долго жить, фактически так и не успев разыграться.
Такая текучая и гармоничная музыка без экстремумов и лишних ритмовых сбивок. Текст, опять же, в меру философский и в меру "не о чем".

Вот и Мейден тут появился. И правильно, что не сразу. Такая музыка заслуживает добротного "разогрева".
На официальном сайте пишут(Мюррей пишет о коллеге, между прочим), что эта песня очень хорошо показывает разнообразные гитарные и музыкальные таланты Яника Гирса, я бы к этому добавил, что не только его, но ив всего позднего Iron Maiden.

Kill Devil Hill

Историческая справка

Kill Devil Hills - небольшой городок в Северной Каролине, место, в котором братья Райт проводили свои первые летные испытания. Происхождение названия связывают с крепостью местного рома, способного "убить дьявола".

Наверное только человек знакомый с небом и полетами очень близко мог написать и исполнить такую песню. Дикинсон - как раз такой человек.
Тяжелая, но очень эмоциональная и атмосферная песня. Одна из тех композиций, которые, при должном внимании, полностью переносят слушателя в свой мир, заставляют проникнуться атмосферой события и важностью момента.

Рано или поздно Gamma Ray должен был здесь появиться, и сегодня как раз такой день.
Одна из сравнительно немногих(всего 6 на 8 альбомов и пачку синглов) баллад Gamma Ray. Очередной пример того, каким разным может быть творчество настоящего музыканта.
Песня полностью оправдывает свое название.

Children Of The Grave

Производственное..

Новая способ вроде работает, так что продолжу пользоваться им. Старые треки тоже в ней переведу, как только так сразу.

Сильно полюбил Black Sabbath я сравнительно недавно, где-то в течение этого года. И т.к. последнее время ритм-секция стала одним из главных компонентов в моем восприятии музыки, проникся я несказанно. И именно по-этому, не смотря на то, что эпоху Дио я все-таки люблю больше, эта песня остается моей самой любимой.
Магическая песня. Не волшебная, а именно магическая. Мелодия уносит, ритм-секция завораживает, неповторимый голос раннего Оззи добавляет экзотики.
А текст, как ни странно, сравнительно жизнеутверждающий.

Вчера долго воевал с интернетом на тему выкладывания музыки во флеш, т.к. привычный хостинг очень глючит. Сегодня до чего-то довоевался, вроде работает, но не то чтобы очень нравится. Посмотрим.

Одну любимую песню у BG выбрать очень и очень трудно, но сейчас такой мне кажется именно эта.

Песня откуда-то возникла в голове, с того самого момента, как сегодня проснулся.
Grave Digger - это вообще удивительно сочетание грубости и шероховатости, с чувственностью и откровенностью. Данная песня - один из наиболее наглядных примеров. Плюс историческая подаплека, обожаю.

Paint It, Black

Да, я знаю что песня не их, но уж очень мне этот кавер нравится. Серьёзно больше оригинала. К тому же стиль совершенно свой.
Нерафинированый симфонический Rage. Из многочисленных тяжелых групп, когда либо эксперемнтировавших с симфоникой, первопроходцы Рэйдж до сих пор остаются самими любимимы. Говорить бесполезно, надо слушать.



"Официально" в этот раз я с песней опоздал, но суббота для меня ещё вполне продолжается. Да и не хочется ломать только начавшую складываться традицю.

Меланхолия

Edguy - это конечно всегда хорошо, но в редкие моменты меланхолии лучшей группой для меня всегда была и остается Uriah Heep.

Тут даже непонятно чего добавить.
